Training 

 

When Cathy trains she thinks most of the training you need to do is mental. When we think of training for the Olympics we think of getting fit. Which is true but Cathy thinks that the training should be 20% physical and 80% mental. The training that Cathy suggests to do before your race is your mental rehearsal which is basically thinking positive and setting your mind right. This is how Cathy freeman trains to become a fantastic sprinter.
